What We Collect and When
When a visitor submits a contact form on the site, we collect the name, email address and message they provide. This information is given voluntarily at the moment of submission. The web server automatically records each visitor’s IP address, browser type and operating system, and the pages viewed. This happens every time a page loads, without any action from the visitor.
How to Request Your Data or Ask for Deletion
A visitor can request a copy of any personal data the site holds about them by using the contact form. The site will respond within the time frame required by Malaysian personal data protection law. The same contact form can be used to ask for data to be deleted. The site will carry out the deletion unless it is required by law to keep the record for a specific period.
How Long Records Are Kept
Contact form records are retained only as long as necessary to resolve the enquiry, typically a few weeks. Server logs are kept for a rolling period of up to six months. Once the purpose for holding any record ends, it is deleted from our active systems. Backup copies are overwritten during the next routine cycle and are not restored.
Why Each Type of Data Is Held
Contact form submissions are held solely to respond to the visitor’s enquiry. We do not use this information for marketing or profiling unless the visitor has separately consented. Server logs are kept to maintain the site’s security, diagnose technical faults, and understand aggregate traffic patterns. No attempt is made to identify individual visitors from these logs.

Cookies and What Turning Them Off Costs
The site uses cookies to remember session preferences and to help analytics providers count visits. These cookies do not store personal data such as names or bank details. If a visitor disables cookies in their browser, the site will still function but some features, such as persistent login or personalised lobby settings, may not work. Core game access is unaffected.
